Who We Are

Summit Chiropractic Clinic was established in 1964 by Dr. Cecil Chalfant and has been an integral part of the Greater Jackson Community for almost 60 years. He and his wife Linda raised 6 children, all of whom went to local Jackson schools. Four of their six children still reside in the Jackson area and have raised families of their own amounting to the addition of 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Cecil's passion for seeing lives improved by chiropractic, inspired all three of his sons to become chiropractors and even some patients. His wife and all three of his daughters have at some point also worked at Summit Chiropractic Clinic. As Cecil and Linda's family grew so did the staff, they added a son-in-law to the chiropractors and daughter-in-law to his office staff. Dr. Chalfant was one of the first chiropractors in the area and belonged to many groups and organizations throughout his career. We are proud to carry on the legacy of quality chiropractic care that he has created here at Summit Chiropractic Clinic through his many acquaintances and generations of wonderful patients who we consider part of our family.
